Open Internet Explorer and select Internet Options under the Tools menu.
Click on the Security tab and with the Internet icon highlighted, click on Custom Level to change security level settings.
Scroll down to the options for ActiveX Controls and Plug-ins and make sure that “prompt” is selected under “Download unsigned ActiveX controls.”
Click this link or open up any regular browser and type 67.77.67.95 in the address line.
Select PC Web Viewer for normal PC access
When prompted, install the ActiveX control by clicking on the flashing bar at the top of the Internet Explorer window or selecting Install This Add-on when given a security warning like this:
Click on Install when you see a window pop up that looks like this:
After successfully installing the ActiveX control, you will then be prompted for a user name and password which is case sensitive.
User name: ruggedcctv
Password: 75143
Port: 3000
