Day Light Savings time will now start on the second Sunday of March (3/11/07) and end on the first Sunday of November(11/4/07). The following are instructions on changing the time on your phone system and voice mail system.(If you are not sure of what system you have than please call RCI at (540)563-1708 and we will let you know.)

1. Go to main telephone ext.(receptionist, front desk)
2. Make sure if you have any messages in your voice mail to listen to them before proceeding to the next step.
3. To change the Time
   1. INT 652
   2. (HHMMSS) enter 6 digits hours minutes seconds
   3. REDIAL
   4. SPKR

Stratagy DK16e, DK40, DK40i, DK280, DK424

1. Go to main telephone ext.(receptionist, front desk)
2. Make sure if you have any messages in your voice mail to listen to them before proceeding to the next step.
3. To change the Time
   1. INT # 652
   2. (HHMMSS) enter 6 digits hours minutes seconds
   3. REDIAL
   4. SPKR

Most Stratagy CTX's and CIX's

1. Go to main telephone ext.(receptionist, front desk)
2. Make sure if you have any messages in your voice mail to listen to them before proceeding to the next step.
3. To change the Time
   1. INT # 652
   2. (HHMMSS) enter 6 digits hours minutes seconds
   3. #
   4. SPKR

If you have a CTX and the directions above don't work then:

1. Go to main telephone ext.(receptionist, front desk)
2. Press the HOLD Key, followed by *#*#1*2*3*
3. Enter the password (If you don't know your password call RCI at (540)563-1708)
4. Press the Hold Key
5. PROG is 902 (type 902)
6. Press the Hold Key
7. Press the Line Key above Intercom usually Line 1
8. At the top of the screen enter the time in 24 hour format; hour, minutes, and seconds
9. Press the Hold Key TWICE
10. Hang up the Phone

Toshiba Voice Mail Systems

1. Call Voice Mail System
2. Wait for Company Greeting
3. Enter User ID *999#
4. Enter Security Code (if you don't know your code call RCI at (540)563-1708)
5. Press 8 for administration options
6. Press 6 to change date or time
7. Press 2 to change time
